On behalf of the board and myself, I take this opportunity to wish all a properous year. As I take up the responsibility of your K.C.E. Chair at a very challenging time in our country’s history, I admit it is not going to be an easy task to bring us together... but I remain optimistic that we will be able to restore the smiles and happiness we have enjoyed as a community in previous years.
