A Word from the Chairman, Elijah O Motende

Dear fellow Kenyans, private service professionals, employers and visitors of this web site, 

There is an almost instinctive feeling of solidarity among Kenyans, and as a community, we need to vigorously aim at achieving our vision.  In order for us to accomplish this feat, we must have strategic and consistent community awareness, hence the development of this website.

Our community vision involves being a "Neighbor of Choice" which inevitably supports everyone.  We believe and hope that our community relations initiatives are reflective of the dynamics of our country Kenya.

Partnering with other communities has always been our tradition and members are encouraged to give their time, talent and resources to demonstrate leadership and commitment in our communities. Our philosophy is to invest in our communities and encourage each other to invest in ourselves.

Through our community involvement, we will contribute to the quality of life in the communities in which we all live and work. Let us all impact Edmonton and its environs in a big way.  This involvement is essential if we are to continue to enjoy the benefits and advantages our communities currently offer.

To all dear Kenyans and Friends of Kenya, I say, KARIBU to our website!!!
